Edward John Barrington

Edward John Barrington is a Canadian singer-songwriter, musician and educator living in Waterloo Region, Ontario, Canada. His extensive song library is reflective of past experiences and present emotions. 

A storyteller and musical painter, Edward evokes a multitude of images through his lyrics.

​Edward is a veteran of the music festival scene; for over 40 years, having played at Hamilton's Festival of Friends, Burlington Music Festival, and many coffee houses and concert venues in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario.

A retired educator, Edward has taught music in the past: in the schools and at a private music studio, and has created and implemented a number of courses in folk music, songwriting and performance.
